The winemakers of Sevilla now have an association, established Growers Association of Wine and Spirits of Seville, through which they work together to raise awareness and add value to this product so fundamental to the Seville cuisine, and yet so unknown.
Gonález Byass will commemorate the 75th anniversary of the icon of one of its most emblematic and well-known brands, Tío Pepe, with the launch of Tío Pepe en rama, a delicate wine that has not undergone the clarification, stabilisation or filtering process typical of fine wine. It will be sold in its entirety in the Corte Inglés Gourmet Club.
